Issue #256 Which Grab-and-Go Waters Are Worth Reaching For?

Hey y'all,

it’s Ashley, your Waterlady, back with another week of curated picks straight from my table (and, honestly, my tote bag). This week, I’m all about grab-and-go hydration. Summer schedules are still buzzing, and I’ve been darting from warehouse runs to tastings to late-afternoon walks so the waters I’m loving are ones that can keep up with me.

On my table and more importantly, in my bag are three very different but equally special waters: Evamor from Louisiana, Waiakea from Hawaii, and Clear Alaskan Glacier Water. Each has a story, a source, and a unique personality that makes them a joy to drink anywhere, anytime.

Evamor – Louisiana’s Alkaline Gem

Sourced from a rare, naturally alkaline artesian aquifer deep beneath Covington, Louisiana, Evamor is all about smoothness. This water comes out of the ground with a naturally high pH (around 8.8–9.1), which makes it taste silky, clean, and slightly sweet on the palate.

Unlike artificially alkaline waters, Evamor’s alkalinity comes from nature, thanks to the minerals picked up over centuries underground. It’s perfect for balancing your body after an indulgent meal or long workout. Plus, the bottle size makes it an easy toss into the car for errands or road trips.

Waiakea – Hawaiian Volcanic Perfection

Waiakea is one of those waters that transports you the second you take a sip. It’s filtered through thousands of feet of volcanic rock in Mauna Loa, Hawaii, which not only gives it a naturally alkaline pH (8.2) but also infuses it with silica a mineral I love for skin, hair, and nail health.

Its light, crisp mouthfeel makes it my go-to for hot days, and the company’s commitment to sustainability from using renewable energy at their facility to their carbon-neutral certification makes me feel good about reaching for it again and again.

Clear Alaskan Glacier Water – Pure Cold Beauty

If you’ve ever wondered what “fresh” tastes like, Clear Alaskan Glacier Water might be the answer. Sourced from Eklutna Glacier in Alaska, it’s naturally low in minerals, giving it a soft, almost airy mouthfeel that’s incredibly refreshing.

This is my “reset” water when I want something pure, uncluttered, and thirst-quenching without any strong mineral notes. I keep it chilled and ready for afternoons when I need that mental and physical pick-me-up.

Why These Three Are My Grab-and-Go Picks

Each of these waters hits a different note:

  • Evamor – Smooth, naturally alkaline, perfect for balance.

  • Waiakea – Light and mineral-rich, with volcanic magic.

  • Clear Alaskan Glacier – Soft, crisp, and pure refreshment.

Together, they’re my hydration trio for the week  proof that “grab-and-go” doesn’t have to mean compromising on quality or taste.

So, whether you’re packing for a road trip, heading to the beach, or just dashing between meetings, these three waters have you covered. And yes, you can find all of them at www.SalaciousDrinks.com ready for your next adventure.
